Vogue Japan – “Graphics Gone Wild”
I’ve mentioned before that graphic prints are a big trend this spring, but it’s such a bold print that people tend to pair it with subdued pieces in order to make the printed piece stand out and not to look too busy. It takes some guts to pair pieces with graphic prints with other pieces with graphic prints and looking fashion-forward while doing so can be difficult. This editorial from Vogue Japan shows how this can be achieved by not going overboard with the prints and by choosing the right accessories when trying to get the look. The editorial, titled “Graphics Gone Wild” stars models Hanne Gaby Odiele and Juliana Schurig in fun pieces from Prada, Balmain, Moschino and many others styled by Vogue Japan’s Editor-at-Large Anna Dello Russo. The two models are photographed by Giampaol Sgura and the images are part of Vogue Japan’s March 2013 issue.
