British Vogue – “Pop Art”

Pop Art1

It’s not surprising that bright colors are always in sight during spring. Why would anybody want to wear dark colors and be gloomy once the snow has melted and everything looks happy? It also makes sense that this trend also applies to accessories so those who insist on wearing black can carry a brightly colored bag to add a burst of color and spruce up the total look. Aside from brightly colored bags, this season is also filled with new bold pieces (that aren’t necessarily colorful) that every empowered woman must have. This editorial from British Vogue is all about the accessories that will make any woman stand out in a crowd. The editorial, titled “Pop Art”, features Amanda Murphy who looks strong and empowered in looks put together by Francesca Burns. Pieces featured in the editorial are from Longchamp, Céline, Mulberry and many others while photographer Angelo Pennetta captured the images. The editorial is part of British Vogue’s February 2014 issue.
