There are fashion designers known for their minimalist take on fashion that go on a simple route for their campaigns. There are also fashion houses who are known for their dramatic pieces that their campaigns must mirror the drama of their designs. Some people think that a minimalist collection does not always work with a very dramatic concept for a campaign yet it works for Jil Sander‘s S/S 2014 campaign. The campaign stars Ben Waters and Edie Campbell who look cool and nonchalant in Jil Sander’s pieces for spring while certain dramatic elements such as the lighting and the background images are at play. Either way, these images lensed by British photographer David Sims have already left an indelible mark for this season that continues to fascinate fashionistas who love the label.
